shipping Policy + Returns
Hello luxuries, all orders take ( 1 -3 business days ) days to process in our system ( Weekends are not included ).
Luxury Sales or Holidays may add an extra processing day due to the increase in sales for our business. Once your order has been processed and shipped out you’ll receive an email notification from us.
Shipping takes about ( 3-5 business days may be longer due to sales increase ) if you’re located in USA. If your email address is typed in incorrectly you will not receive any notification from us. Keep in mind to always check your spam folder for our email notifications for ( Malaya’s Luxury Collection ).
Orders are ( Pre- shipped) due to our business being a wholesale company. If your package has been returned due to the incorrect address being typed in you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.
( $5 ) Please put your email when placing an order with us if not provided you will not receive a tracking number. If your email isn’t included with your information for your order you will not be able to track your package.
We will still ship out the order offered with ( First class shipping only ). “ Malaya’s Luxury Collection ” is not responsible for any lost items that has been purchased. If your tracking number states that it has been delivered and you haven’t received it. Please give USPS a call and discuss your inconvenience with them.
